Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected and packaged within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship all Australian orders with standard and express options:
- Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
- Express Shipping: $20 AUD
- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over a certain order value.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for standard, and 1–3 business days for express, depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are sent with full tracking at a flat rate of $35 AUD. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–21 business days.
Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.
Insurance & Tracking All orders include tracking. Given the value of our pieces, we recommend selecting signature on delivery for high-value orders. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange additional coverage.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
