Refund policy

Every care has been taken to describe items that are displayed online accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction (opals have different directional colours). To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the colour descriptions, colours or other content are error free. Photos are not to scale and at times the carat weights or descriptions may be incorrect. Errors like this do not automatically qualify you for a refund.

We have a 7-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return as per your delivery date from your tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we only accept returns if the item is not what was advertised.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: For USA customers tariffs will not be refunded for change of mind. 

Refund process:


1. To start a return, you can contact us at radiant.opals@outlook.com.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, All return items should be sent in the original packaging and covered by insurance, to the full value of the item and tracking included for the item that is being returned.  If you do not cover the returning item to its full value and the item is lost, the refund will automatically be cancelled.

When we receive the returned item:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will refund in AUD, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at radiant.opals@outlook.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
